Privacy Policy

First Impressions Painting ("we", "us") is a painting contractor based in Calgary, Alberta. We follow Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What do we collect?

When you fill out our estimate form, call, text or email us, we may collect:

• Your name and phone number
• Your email address, if you give it
• Your community or postal code, property type and project details
• Any photos you choose to send
• How you'd like us to contact you, and your timeline

Our website may also record basic, anonymous visit information (such as which pages were viewed and whether you arrived from our business card) to help us understand what's useful.

How do we use it?

Only to respond to you, prepare your estimate, schedule and complete your project, and follow up about it. We don't use your details for anything else without asking you first.

Do we share or sell it?

No. We never sell your information. We only share it with service providers that help us run the business (for example, our email or website hosting providers), and only as much as they need to do that job.

How long do we keep it?

We keep estimate and job records as long as we reasonably need them for the project, warranty questions, and our business and tax records. After that, we delete them.

How do you see, change or delete your information?
